By contacting DoMyClass and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions before placing an order, contact us on WhatsApp and we will clarify anything you need.

Our Service

DoMyClass provides academic assistance by connecting students with qualified subject experts who complete online coursework on their behalf. Our service covers assignments, quizzes, discussions, exams and full course management depending on the package selected.

Eligibility

By using our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that you are the account holder for the class portal you share with us, or that you have the authorisation of the account holder to use our service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your class including the portal login credentials, deadlines, course requirements and any specific instructions from your instructor. Delays or grade issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you are not covered by our grade guarantee.

You agree not to change your portal password or restrict access to your expert while an active order is in progress. Doing so may result in missed deadlines for which DoMyClass cannot be held responsible.

Grade Guarantee

We guarantee a final grade of A or B for every class we take. If we fail to achieve an A or B through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee is void if inaccurate information was provided, if access to the portal was restricted during the order, or if the course requirements changed materially after the order was confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required before work begins. We offer full upfront payment at a discounted rate, a 50/50 split payment option, and a weekly payment plan. All payment terms are agreed via WhatsApp before any order is confirmed. We do not begin work until payment or the first instalment has been received.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy which forms part of these terms. In summary — if we do not deliver the guaranteed grade through our own failure, you receive a full refund. For cancellations before work begins, a full refund is issued. Once significant work has been completed, partial refunds apply at our discretion.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality on all orders. We do not disclose your identity, your institution or any details of your order to any third party. In return, we ask that you do not publicly share details of your arrangement with DoMyClass in any way that could compromise the integrity of our service or the privacy of our experts.

Intellectual Property

All work completed by DoMyClass experts is delivered exclusively to you and is not resold, shared or reused. You retain full ownership of all deliverables once payment is complete.

Limitation of Liability

DoMyClass is an academic assistance service. We are not responsible for any disciplinary action, academic consequences or other outcomes arising from your decision to use our service. By placing an order you accept full personal responsibility for how you use the work we deliver.

Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
