Refund Policy

We stand behind our work completely. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair. If we fall short, you should not pay. Here is exactly how it works.
Full Refund — Grade Guarantee Not Met
If your final grade falls below a B through our failure, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked. This is our core promise and we honour it without dispute. To claim your refund, simply contact us on WhatsApp with your final grade confirmation and we will process it promptly.
Full Refund — Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before your assigned expert has begun any work on your class, you will receive a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
Partial Refund — Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If you cancel after your expert has already completed a portion of your class — submitted assignments, completed quizzes or attended discussions — a partial refund will be issued. The refund amount is calculated based on the proportion of work remaining at the time of cancellation. We will discuss this with you fairly over WhatsApp.
No Refund — Circumstances Outside Our Control
Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
- You provided incorrect or incomplete login credentials that prevented access to your class
- You changed your portal password or restricted access during an active order
- Your course requirements changed materially after the order was confirmed and payment was made
- Your institution flagged or investigated your account for reasons unrelated to the quality of our work
- The grade guarantee was voided due to information you provided being inaccurate
Split Payment Orders
For orders on the 50/50 payment plan, if you cancel after the first instalment has been paid and work has begun, the first instalment is non-refundable. The second instalment will not be charged. If the grade guarantee is not met, a full refund of all payments made applies.
Weekly Payment Orders
For weekly payment plans, refunds apply only to weeks where work has not yet been completed. Completed weeks are non-refundable unless the overall grade guarantee is not met at the end of the course.
How To Request A Refund
All refund requests are handled directly over WhatsApp. Contact us with your order details and your reason for the request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your payment method.
